Corporate Yoga

What is Corporate Yoga?

Corporate Yoga classes are a great way to improve workplace morale, increase productivity and bring everyone together to do something fun as a group. Your custom-designed class can be a grounding way to start the day, a rejuvenating break to a busy work day or a relaxing way to de-stress at the end of the day.

Studies show that work-site programs for wellness can offer significant cost savings for employers. According to an article in Harvard Business Review, on average, for every $1 spent on wellness programs, companies save almost $3 on healthcare costs. In addition, employees who report a high degree of stress in their lives miss twice as many work days as employees who report a low degree of stress.
